Privacy Policy

Account details you provide: name, email, username, and password.

Fitness and training data you create in the app: pitching-performance metrics such as velocity and movement, workouts and completions, streaks, progress, and program activity.

Content you choose to upload, such as pitching videos you submit for coach review, and messages you send your coach.

Product-usage information needed to run the app reliably (for example, which workouts you complete). Your phone’s motion sensors are used on your device to help you set up a level camera; that motion data is not collected or sent anywhere, and audio is not recorded from your clips.

To provide the service: build and track your training program, log progress, and let you and your coach communicate.

To personalize your plan and analysis based on the information you share.

To keep the app secure and to improve how it works.

Your data is stored with our backend provider, Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage for videos).

Your videos are kept in private storage and are not publicly accessible; they are shown only to you and your assigned coach through short-lived, access-controlled links. Video analysis runs on your device, and your videos and data are not used to train any AI model.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your coach can see the training data and videos you submit, so they can coach you.

If content is reported for a policy or safety concern, our moderators may review that specific content to decide whether it violates our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

We share data only with service providers that help run the app (Supabase for hosting/authentication/storage, and Apple for app distribution and subscription payments), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

If you buy physical merchandise from the in-app Shop, that purchase happens on our Shopify store, and Shopify collects the contact and payment information needed for your order under its own privacy policy. Merchandise purchases are separate from the app.

TRP DGT is built for dedicated pitchers, including youth athletes. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must set up and consent to your use of the app.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without a parent or guardian consenting, contact us and we will delete it.

You can view and update your account information in the app.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, which removes your account and associated training data.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your account and associated data, except anything we must keep to meet legal obligations.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date shown above.
